Ok so I figured out that I want to study law and become a lawyer.

I've always had a strong sense of justice and i like helping people. Ive always wanted to do something where i can make a difference and help others. Can't do that working at a restaurant lol. I feel like it's my calling.

Being a lawyer requires you to memorize a lot of court cases so you know, not just what is right and wrong, but how to turn a wrong into a right, and visa-versa. You have to understand how courts work in intimate detail, and show your peers you can do it.
It is not a simple process to go from working in a restaurant, but if you have the money and the time, and think you could handle it, give it a go. Like you say, the potential for better income is there, and it would be very interesting.

Realistically, all the money to be spent on collage at 30ish. You wont be a lawyer anytime soon until your at least 40. But good luck.

First join as assistant to a lawyer to see whether you are cut up for it. Be a gobetween first by helping people find lawyers.
