I broke my ankle !!

I now feel glum. I was hoping for a good summer and to get a perfect tan on my ankles but to quote the nurse ' you are going tobe out of commission for a few weeks''.

I now have to take it easy while everyone is running about having fun in the sun.

Sorry to hear. I hope that it heals well. Try to stick to instructions to ensure that it heals quicker.

I had to spend ages in a full leg cast at school due to a bone problem in my knee. I couldn't do anything and it was really frustrating. I really wanted to be playing football. All that I could do was be a goal post 😒
