Average worker productivity caps at around 4-5 hours, flatlines around 8, and tends to drop into negative past that in terms of compensation and output. Excessive overtime tends to reduce overall productivity. Belittling your employees drops it even further than that. Blaming your employees for your failure at managing does even more damage.
