@youngheart It’s so soothing. Helps with anxiety, acid reflux, and the magnesium helps promote a restful sleep. Combine a cup of unsweetened almond milk, 2 tsp honey, 1 1/2tsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/8 tsp ginger, and a pinch of black pepper in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring often until warmed thoroughly but not boiling.
