@Muthafukajones Well here’s my opinion. If someone’s disrespecting me or whatever in my personal life fine I can choose to avoid them ignore them etc. But if it’s at work, a place where I’m trying to make money and have no choice but to be around them then no I shouldn’t be forced to deal with their bullshit not should anyone else, Either discipline them or fire them or someone’s getting taken to court.
