@WendyLopez43 Yea in the first movie he fell in love with her for her personality and traits before he even knew about her secret transformation. If anything he was more discouraged by his own looks because everybody only ever saw him as a “big stupid ugly ogre”, so he believed he was better off alone. But yea I think they still would’ve married
