I'm freezing! It's 35 degrees outside and I'm freezing

My hoodie isnt doing anything and the cold is through my pants

It was 68 degrees this morning when I left to go to the gym, I was freezing. I am in desperate need of a blood transfusion to get my iron levels back up again.
