What are some or words you wished you didn't say...but can't help them from slipping from your lips? What words do you refuse to absolutely say?

I seem to like to say dude and yo...I have no explanation on how they developed in my vocabulary..........

So bro and bruh....I will never ever ever say!😁

Too often beginning my spoken sentences with "Y'know...."

I've been making headway against saying "off of" instead of just "off."
