@CestManan it was heavily politicized for those in power to gain more control by spreading fear.
they did everything in their power to get people on board and tried shutting down anyone who spoke out against it.
The whole thing was ridiculous and most of the world were all fooled by it.
And out of nowhere it just qucikly vanished out of thin air and not a big deal anymore.
Just wait till the next USA elections when they try using it again, like they do for the welfare of black people.

The problem though was there were too many inconsistencies. Like to prevent the spread, small business had to close but big ones could stay open. Hmmm...馃 So then you just had MORE people in big stores. That prevents the spread? Yeah they said they limited the number of shoppers but in my experience, I never had to wait to get into any store.
Plus on our local news it would show these over-packed hospitals with tents outside for patients because beds were supposedly scarce. But then these independent reporters would go to those same spots and no tents outdoors. Hospitals were not packed, etc. Yeah, youtube quickly pulled those videos.
The whole thing just reminded me of some old horror movies where people would be running and screaming from some terrible "thing".

I would like to think neither the USA nor any nation would fall for such crap again but I guess people have no memory nor critical thinking skills.
