Do some men fear women who know their own minds, that are outspoken? Or is it an attractive trait to have?

There are a certain group of people who dislike others who have an opinion.. be it Men or Women..but are they what they where born as and are they conditioned and brandished into thinking and doing was is wanted and or told of them to do..
OK so yeah some are really scared of others speaking their mind/opinions like on here and they harass, bully, censor and target someone just because her or his opinion is different to them e.g. say if it is against what is being preached.
My answers keep getting jumped on and or
I get told that I am someone else but no reply when asked Who I Am Supposed To Be ain't that right @JimboSaturn
