Am i being a karen or do i have a right to call about the overgrown grass as tall as a toddler?

My son thinks im being a Karen but the house across the street Has grass as high as a toddler and apparently it's trashed inside according to my neighbor. I guess her grandson went to look into the windows to see if whoever lived there was ok. The guy next door to that house was talking to me earlier today and he said whoever lived there left about 6 months ago and trashed it. He also spotted a rats nest in the backyard. Last year we had a rat problem gee we wonder why
