You ever type a post out fully then not post it and just delete it all?

I do that a lot.

I write it all out, read it, then find that i mistook my want to digest the information as a want to express it.

And once i read it, the want to digest it is satisfied and I no longer feel the need to share.

I do delete typed up posts often, but it’s usually because I’m not going to have the time to interact if others comment. One of my pet peeves on here is folks posting and not responding to anyone who comments.

@fvckit I've always wondered if people gave a shit about that. I usually only comment if I have something to say about what they said.

Is it rude to not comment on a comment? 🤔

@Eternity I’d say it’s case by case. Like, answering a question doesn’t need a response, unless it provokes another thought that’s relevant, I guess. But people will post the “Not sure what to do…” and not say a thing to people giving advice. People are taking time to connect and get ignored. Seems kinda shitty. Like they just wanted to speak into the void and that’s it

@fvckit hmm. I am of the mind that it is best to speak into the void but appreciate any input given.

The reason being that the more one tends to seek interaction the less they tend to get it.

@Eternity which is okay. I’m guessing you at least react to the comments, right?

@fvckit yeah hearts are a must at the very least. Unless they say something overtly fucked up or disrespectful
