Why do we become more vocalised when we consume alcohol or similar mind bending substances

The less sober I am, the less my antisocial mask works. So when I reach a lvl of tipsy as fuck / slightly drunk, I will talk your ears off. Especially if we're on the phone, you won't get a word in 🙈
