I think it's a star or a germ or something. As of 2020, it was a covid virus

I think I have different selfies or cartoon selfies. I don't often use the same one on all platforms. For example on my WhatsApp I use my real selfies because it's a more private platform. On here I wanna be a bit more anonymous.
