My old job is making me crazy

Just need to vent

So I quit my job in September, and have now started a new job.
But my old job is asking, constantly, if I can jump in and work because people are sick (that is one of the reasons I quit)
And I did help a little in both October and November, but they did promise me to remove me from the list so they wouldn't call me no more.
But they are calling me, pretty much everyday.

I have a really hard time saying no, so even if I didn't want to work in October or November I still did.
Now she is asking me if I can work over Christmas, even when I've already said no before, they are still asking.
The person responsible for the schedule is seriously trying to guilt trip me in to working 😒

It's been long enough now, time to stand your ground.

More pay or do not work for them.

You quit. Tell them to f**k off

@SW-User hey! Watch your language!
And she knows I dislike her ☺️
But I'm the best thing they had 😎

Time to block that number. 😕
MarIion · 31-35, F
@thepreposterouspanda they have like thousands of numbers, I've been blocking every new one

@MarIion That is so obnoxious. 😑

Give them an insane number like ten times what you used to make they must Guarantee you 20 hours a week in the contract must be garrentee for at least one year.

So you used to make 10 an hr now you make 100 and they have to give you 20 hrs a week 2000 a week and can not fire or let you go for 1 yr 104,000 and thats only if you work 20 hrs a week.

Block any number they use to call you. Or even better, demand €4000 per call as a contractor (€400 paid in advance) and see how quickly they'll stop bothering you.
Say no. Tell them you have alot of work in your current job.

Just block or stop answering the calls.
Pretzel · 61-69, M
stop answering the phone
just that easy
sarabi · F
You need either new boundaries or new job
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
Tell them you will for $75 an hour
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
It sounds like a great position to negotiate from. Tell her you will do it for more money
MarIion · 31-35, F
@MartinTheFirst they do pay me more, they gave me a raise after I sent in my 2 weeks notice, and give me extra on top of that. But for that job it's not worth any amount of money
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@MarIion even moreee 😈 make a ridiculous offer
