I tend to like the special "dark chocolate" editions that show up from time to time.
Every Halloween in our area you can buy 'fun size' dark chocolate Kit-Kat bars; those are great.
Once in a great while you can find Snickers Dark. Careful though; DON'T confuse a standard Snickers Dark with Snickers 'Almond Brownie Dark.' Those things do NOT taste like a Snickers inside.

@ElwoodBlues that is interesting. i don't like dark chocolate as a rule but sometimes it is necessary

@DIABLISS I'm picky about my dark chocolates. Some of them have a strong sharp taste that could be roughly described as "burnt rubber." Others don't have that. If you have access to Callebaut, give it a try. A warning though; I once ordered some Callebaut chips on amazon in a smaller one pound bag, and what I got wasn't callebaut at all at all!!
