If you have an arch nemesis/rival to your superhero/supervillain, what are their top three strengths? What would make them your nemesis?

I think for me, it'd be someone with really bad taste in fashion and who enjoys turning people's clothes into fashion nightmares.

He/she would also have to be a fun loving character with mischievous blood, the right amount of sass, grace and elegance and a strong side of haughty.
