I've been having bad anxiety attacks

Especially when I'm trying to sleep, or I wake up with one and I don't know what's causing it

Sometimes being in bed can be too quiet so your mind will try and fill the space. If you've got worries or something on your mind it might invade your thoughts.
Try listening to soft music or nice songs or read or invent a story in your mind 🤗
