@bookerdana I had a TeleMedical consult yesterday, Finally a voice I can hear only this one has a very thick East Indian accent so I can only hope I get the right Meds. Or if the meds. are right the dose will be wrong. I just can't win.

@bookerdana Depends on who it is. My Dr.used Zoom, this one simply the phone. I had Dr.Anderson over 20 years so our "consults" were mostly making fun of Trump and other goofy stuff. He was a great man, headed the surgical dept. for years. His heart transplant failed and he died. 😥

@Grateful4you How long have you been Doc-less???😳 Didn't the phone doc ask you what you had been prescribed and dosage???

@bookerdana He has been gone about a year. He was my pain management Dr. I have a separate primary. Even though he died his clinic is still in business.

And yes, she got the dose and times correct.

@bookerdana I do pair some of the "Mindfulness" exercises, it helps but my spine is a mess. I have a titanium rod halfway down. Mind over matter is great in concept, difficult in real world application. I'm not even supposed to be walking. My prognosis was such that I would be W/C bound in a year, 29 years later, I'm still truckin'
