Somebody told me that if I get one more qualification and stay around here that in a few years they could have me in an office making 200k a year.

Thing is, that isn't what I want to do. I dont want to stay around here and I dont want to work in an office.

I have a dream and a goal for my life that is highly unconventional, and in order to have a shot at it I need to get out of here and take some risks in a brand new place.

That offer sounds nice and safe. Nice and comfortable. But safe and comfortable is not how one goes about blazing a trail is it?

Why not work 5 years. Make a million dollars ,then go do what you want?

@SW-User time is more valuable than money and also far more simple.

If i need more money i know how to get it even if it would be difficult, but time cannot be bought. Thats 5 years I could have put toward my true goals.
