Does anyone else have this "issue"?

I actually have to wear them upside down in my ear to fit and actually stay in 🤷‍♀️

L/R stereo channels, so it depends on what you are listening to. The mono (center) component of the sound field won’t be affected. As an example assume you have a guitarist on stage to your right, keyboard player to your left, drummer behind a singer. Quite possibly if you reverse the earbuds you’ll have the guitar coming thru on the left. Keyboardist on the right, so it might or might not matter much. Vocals, bass, and much of the drums are centered so won’t matter as much.

My ears are too small for earbuds to fit 😔

It shouldn't effect your enjoyment much unless you are using them for a movie.
My earbuds fit as they should, maybe you have unique shaped ears 🤗

The L and R are for the stereo music not so much the ear shape.

There are many styles of ear bud/earphones. In ear, on ear, over ear.
Bone conductive are getting popular as well.
If yours keep falling out, maybe a pair with an ear hook would work well for you.

They always fall out of my ears anyways. I just paid $150 for a pair of OnePlus buds pro for my OnePlus 8t and they still fall out somehow
