all folk are basically good folk .. americans tend to have strong individualism trait .. Their advocacy for individual rights can sometimes cloud their vision to the greater good of a societal right ..
They also sometimes unintentionally think their way is the only way, and the rest of the world just needs to comply to their standards, no matter if it's not suited to another culture ..
But like i said, all folk are basically good folk :)
