Do you feel the ground move?

Do you ever get the feeling that the ground/world moves? Like it shudders once, not like an earthquake but one jolt. It's hard to explain what I mean 馃槀

I had eathquaky feelings before. Especially when lying on a bed. It hasn't happened in a long time.

@CrazyMusicLover I sometimes get the falling asleep judder which is similar to what I feel. It really is strange.

@Scarfface I think I know what you mean. I had plenty of weird perceptions. A few times I felt as if the whole world suddenly jerked but I knew there was something weird with me. I still wonder if my eyes suddenly jerked without a warning or if there is something wrong with my vestibular apparatus.

@CrazyMusicLover could be 馃 it sounds like we have the same experiences. I'm putting it down to a twitch or something.

@Scarfface I believe my problem was mainly in eyes because ever since I got the right prescription glasses and wear them regularly, I didn't have this jerky feeling. If I sometimes have dizzy spells or feel inner tremor or muscle spasms I normally take magnesium supplements and it seems to work well most of the time. I remember times when I used to feel like drunk when I didn't drink at all or when I only had a really small amount of alcohol and my balance went out of whack. Then I learned about tetany which is caused by magnesium or calcium deficiency. I wish I had learned about it much sooner.

@CrazyMusicLover I don't think my experiences are as severe as yours, just an occasional judder, I ask people if they felt it but nobody seems to feel it.
I shouldn't have any deficiencies as I have a good balanced diet.
