Brown and hazel eyes are often put into the same category. In certain types of light, especially low light, hazel eyes can appear to be light brown.
My eye colour isn't constant. It sometimes show a green in different lighting and have noticed it go dark brown to black when I'm very furious. Not sure how that happens.

@Rilyn Is that fluctuating too? I like to have a conversation looking straight in the eye. Besides, my work allows me to speak before hundreds sometimes thousands of people.
