Every time I go to Wal Mart, no matter the circumstance or clientele,...but I end up feeling really good about myself.

Reminded me of when my husband Tim was coming home from the hospital AT LAST.
I set up his room on the first floor and commissioned a banner that was SUPPOSED to read, "Home is the hunter, home from the hill and the sailor home from the sea. WELCOME HOME, TIM!"
When i hung it on the wall and stepped back to admire it. I saw blaring at me in six-inch letters, "Welcome home, Jim!"
Sigh.

@Mamapolo2016 So there really is goodness and joy in the world. I suspected as much.

@Nelladell He was gracious and apologetic.
Of course, that was 14 yrs ago. It may have gone all to Hades by now.

@Mamapolo2016 We certainly do seem to be in a different world.

Life can sometimes be more fun if you just let the wind take you where it wants to :)
We still laugh at our HOP episode where we commented about it being too cold and could they warm it up a little. 5 minutes later the server returned with a glass of hot water to replace the glass of cold water.

My wife “Lou” was visiting her sick mother on Mother’s Day. I sent her and her mother-in-law flowers from a florist shop staffed by local college students. The card sent with my wife’s flowers wished “Lori” a happy Mother’s Day
“Lori” was my first wife’s name.
