Should I go to Colorado or Montana for a week long vacation in July?

I love scenery and animals.
I love taking pictures.
I love hiking.
Not sure it'll make a difference but if it does, I'll be going with my boyfriend.

If you’re gonna go to Colorado go during the third week in September when the aspens are turning. Find an Airbnb up in Nederland and take the peak to peak scenic byway between Nederland and Estes park. Take a camera and thank me later.
