The nature of my posts lately...

Is obviously not good. For some reason I feel the need to apologize for plastering my negative feelings all over the great SW feed. It's been really up and down for me lately and I've hit a hard down. I'm grateful for all of my friends here, every one of who reach out and show support...you are so understanding and truly lights in the dark. I appreciate the hell out of you guys and thank you. Happy New Year. 😭💖🤗🌟🥺🤌

Hey, as bad as your posts were, still clearly better than @SW-User posts 😜

Just keep having hope and keep improving, and we all need to vent at times... and make sure to keep verbally speaking out loud even if it's just to yourself, the mirror, your dog or a friend... get the frustration out and make yourself feel better.
