I can be kind of a slow learner

Okay I have noticed something on here that I don't understand.
It appears to me that only 35 people are seeing anything that I post.
How can I get it some more people see what I post?

@WhateverWorks I thought it was curious but it's always around 35.
I just thought that there was some kind of setting that would allow more people to be exposed to the BS I post.
