I think some times they try to get a real conversation going in the PM's with the chosen few.

I've noticed that many of the catfish here think they can get away with using the same 10 or so stolen pictures if they delete and repost later.

Just saying.

In addition to what has been mentioned by others, there are also accounts that used to have posts and comments, but the user decided to delete them all so it ends up looking empty again.
