It all has to be under a thousand

I'm having a fun time just trying out various things for the amazon basket for next time, October 2nd. I must include all of the Library of America crime fiction stuff, as noted here

Dashiell Hammett - 5
Raymond Chandler - 7
David Goodis - 5
Ross MacDonald - 11
Elmore Leonard - 12
American Noir - 11

51 novels there in 12 volumes. LOA is ahhhh, so good *chef's kiss* 1 would be a Goodis overlap though

Through careful weighing of the reviews of Jim Thompson books, FOUR present themselves as safe entry points

The Grifters
The Killer Inside Me
Pop. 1280
and Savage Night

and then the 18 Stephen King works cited in the previous post.

Currently all of this is at a subtotal of 960. What would i let go if i had to? MAYBE some of the King, but keeping the first 3, and The Dark Tower.

Now i feel better getting that off my chest.

Why not just get the Library of America stuff directly from them? I get their catalogue a couple times a year. I've read their crime stuff from the library.

@hunkalove I seen something on their site about not being able to ship to Canada due to the virus :( I'd love to shop directly through them, maybe i'll try again to see if i'm just being too hopeless about it :)
