If it is in a field you are passionate about, the hours will fly by. I'm speaking from experience, though it took a few years to get my career off the ground.
That said, take whatever time you can (ten minutes per day, for example (if possible)), close your eyes, and reflect on how you are doing. (smiles warmly)
