Wireless or Radio

I am my own older relative because I still call it radio ..

No - but most people tended to call it the "wireless" when I was very young - that changed I think after transistor radios became popular in the '60s.

Not that specifically, but Pop was asking about wanting to play records. I had given him an IPad and a Bose wireless speaker. He already had an ITunes library, so he had music on hand. When I showed him how it all worked, he was delighted.
