I didn't recognise the "can't hit what his eyes can't see" quote itself but the clues are all there that it will of been Ali rambling on about how he's just gonna be dancing rings around big clumsy George, LOLZ 😅

When I researched the post Google AI listed the original 1964 version, then a similarly short version (1974) but noted when Ali got into high gear the phrasing expanded - especially for the Foreman fight.
