@cherryxblossom Manipulating certainly applies, but this could include coercing- which doesn't.
@Holidaze I’d say coercing does. They’re coercing you to take the blame for their mistakes. Coercing you to believe you’re the one being too sensitive, overreacting, seeing things wrong, or that your feelings aren’t valid

@cherryxblossom To me coercion necessitates an act rather than a gained feeling of worthlessness and guilt.
@Holidaze Yes, it can be the act of coercing someone to feel that worthlessness and guilt. The gaslighting is the coercion which drags a person into that pit of doubt.
