A quote from Benjamin Franklin

"Freedom of speech is a principal pillar of a free government; when this support is taken away, the constitution of a free society is dissolved, and tyranny is erected on its ruins."

Relevant then, and even more relevant today, especially online where on certain sites, we are censored by tyrants. They say you can say this, but you can't say that, who are they to say?

Those are some words of wisdom right there. I like Similar Worlds for this reason, not likely to be censored for having an opinion here.

Usually people who parade around as being liberal but do not have the first clue what being liberal stands for in my experience...

It is crazy because unless you agree with everything they say in their books you are a fascist far right Trump supporter. I disagree with a lot of republicans viewpoints but I find a lot of the time they don't go on the attack when I say something they don't like.

People need to take a look at what Liberalism is really about then think about whether Liberal values are really being represented.

@Misanthropic True, if you're too left, or too right, it's too much.

@Dv8rs Actually I am inclined to agree, I think that choice is an illusion and ultimately both parties are headed the same way then just sticking different labels on it.

I agree 100%
Especially the democrat party - they seem to have lost their way.
