Some memories are better when forgotten, some are better remembered.

My first memory is of recovery from pain. My first memory is knowing that a love of pet left me with a scar. I have never forgotten that message now. I don't even recognise myself in photos before I got that scar. I have also known a lot of happiness in my life. I have had a good life after I got my first scar. The happiness in my life does seem a little fleeting at times. But I guess that it leaves it's own marks on my body.

Right. I remember the homeruns and not the strikeouts. My wife says she remembers her dates with me, but not those with other guys. I'm not sure about that one.
