Very pleased with all the things I accomplished this week .
Just enjoying my rest today.cat napping the day away
spending some time with my son when i'm awake ,he plays his game when I nod off on him .He knows I am in pain ,so he lets me enjoy whatever sleep I can get .

@Mindful He is wise beyond his years and very empathetic to the pain of others ,he also helps look after his 80 yr old Great Grandma
She is now getting dementia ,she has high sugar .he remembers us looking after my Mom ,my middle Daughter lost her 1st husband to kidney failure and my son really loved him ,my brother shot himself ,my son loved him as well
So like me he has seen way to much death for such a young boy
a few of his Moms friends committed suicide ..
So he is kind of freaked out that something might happen to me too
So he is always checking my breathing to make sure I am alright .
He cooks for me a little ,makes me coffee (and with the K machine ,he has it down to a science ,I have a refillable cup ,not the ones you just pop in )
He was on my chest last weekend .and he could tell his weight was causing me to have to work harder to breath and he jumps up very serious
"Dad are you alright ,please don't die " ,then we both laughed as to where that come from ,but its sad I am old ,had a few heart attacks and he has to worry about me too (His Mom and his Great Grandma all live with his Moms Mom so they are all there to look after her ,My ex and her Mom are both Nurses .
(guess who got both of them to go to college and take advantage of programs to help them become nurses ,Her Mom is now on the board of her VA medical center )
I have to get my Grandson to take him boating and hunting and fishing ,box with him and play sports because I am unable to do those things with him ,
I box with him a little ,teach him blocks and some wrestling take down moves ,the pressure points he can use to disable someone attacking him (cops have come to his school to shake his hand for stopping bullies from bullying his classmates ..one of the kids he looked after was a cops son )
But I had to get people to help me with my Grandson too ( I raised him as well )So he assures my son I am ok ,but they need to make things easier on me if they can ,my Grandson and youngest Daughter are always coming to see me and make sure I am Ok ,and to worry over me working on another house
They know I love feeling needed and useful so they support me wanting to work
but they all keep a close eye on me ..one thing is for sure ,I know I am loved
Now I have my son in law driving me nuts ,if I stop for just a second to get my breath he is on me "Dad you alright ,ready to call it a day "?
With them hen pecking its a wonder they let me do anything LOL
I love them all to death ,I am a very blessed man
