Those things are crazy ! They do a great job on the scorpions but they dig up holes in my pretty yard! When I see them doing that they get dispatched!

i got to pet an armadillo at a zoo once. it was sooo cute but also surprisingly soft.

@SW-User yeah they are firm but a bit malleable. it's more like really thick soft leather than solid shell like a turtle.
