@StraightLacedLADY I just finished "Tipping the Velvet", by Sarah Waters, which is mostly a Dickens-like story of a young woman growing up in London around 1890, with about half a dozen really raunchy scenes scattered throughout. I think it counts as serious literature, but with a fisting scene thrown in.

I don't read it often and if I did write it I'd kick ass at it but would never be able to finish because I'd want to Edit it, edit it some more, and then give it another edit and lastly, edit it again right into the trash can. 😂
