At what point do you consider someone admirably rich? At which point, if any, do you consider them immorally rich?

What does financial success look like to you? And is there a point where you feel people should be satisfied and stop being greedy?

There’s nothing morally wrong with being rich. The question is whether or not you help others with some of your money in some way

@RockerDad Quite so.. Remember than by the standards of real poverty, we dont have a single truly poor person here. So there is something everyone of us can do to make a difference.😷
@whowasthatmaskedman people like Trump and Musk aren’t good examples for how billionaires should behave, but there are good ones out there too.

@RockerDad Yeah. Lets not go into the behaviour of some people. But there are medical professionals out there who give up time to fly into poor, badly serviced areas of America and set up tent hospitals and clinics for medical and dental work for free to help people in the richest nation in the world. It doesnt have to be money..😷
@whowasthatmaskedman yes. I worked with one of the doctors who does that, performing cleft pallet surgery throughout Latin America

@RockerDad Those people are the real heroes to me..Donating is fine. But your time is something you give that you never get back..😷
@whowasthatmaskedman while I’m not a big fan of Mark Zuckerberg, but his wife has done some really great things, particularly with massive donations to hospitals in the area.

@RockerDad And for all the bad press Bill Gates has got, the Gates Foundation as so good at it that Warren Buffett is donating his wealth direct to them, to avoid duplication..😷
