Will you resign if your boss decline to accept your sick leave where you're actually sick?

I’d just take the time off. Would suck to not get PTO for an emergency; but at that point is when I start to just do whatever I feel like on the job. And I would look for another job in the meantime, but if I show up again at that place to work once I got better, doubt they’d complain. 🤷🏻‍♀
