How difficult is it to be monogamous? I would give it a solid 10.
Why? Because it isn't natural human nature to be monogamous. Certain bird species are monogamous to their mate whom they mate with for life, but most animals are not and neither are humans naturally monogamous.
Where the concept of 'monogamy' first came into being among humans was during the initial inception of Christianity during biblical times and was forced upon the uneducated masses by the church as a means to control sexually transmitted diseases which were rampant.
