Depends,I'd say in general for most men a 7-8,they will watch porn,follow girls pages on socials,secretly join dating apps,look at girls pics,even flirt or regularly chat with them lol. I feel like the internet and the easy/fast access to choice has made it especially easy to try to satisfy sexual gratification,validation, loneliness,whatever feelings make it hard for ppl to stay monogamous
