If you spent every single day with your gf the first 6-7 months of your relationship… wouldn’t you get bored after a while and need space? Even if you loved her more than anything?

It depends where in life we both are. I think that's an atypical amount of time to spend together on the beginning of a relationship but if neither of the people involved need a longer break then that's probably a good sign. Personally, as an introvert, I need some quiet time to decompress. If I don't get that, I can be a bit cranky lol
