@4meAndyou i feel for you. i remember living out east when i was a kid and it was way more humid than the west....i often thought to myself if i was american i'd move to a place like phoenix or parts of nevada or cali....but i know phoenix can get stinking hot too but it's a dry heat and i liked visiting there each of the 3 times i've been
@beermeplease I spent summers where I was born, on my grandfather's farm in Nebraska, and it was also very dry heat. Temps could be 104F, and you could FEEL the heat on your skin, but you didn't sweat and suffer like you do here.
@4meAndyou i experienced palm springs ca when it was well over 100. it was actually 115 a couple of days before we arrived but i loved it. sitting out on the deck at night when it was still 90 ws actually quite lovely...us canadians loved going down when it got that hot like there and arizona because the golf was dirt cheap when the locals didn't want to play at that time of day
