Question for vegetarians. If you hate meat so much then why do yall name your dishes after meat products.

That assumes everyone is vegetarian for the same reason. There are actually people who [b]loved[/b] meat, but became vegetarians for health reasons. Dishes that imitate past favorites make the transition a bit easier.
