The best vegetarian dishes don't try to imitate meat. Just North American and European cultures do this, the vast majority of vegetarians celebrate the veggie part.

I did not stop eating meat long ago, because I hated or even disliked the taste of some cooked animals. I'm pretty sure it's the same for many to most people who make the decision to abstain from eating the meat of animals.
Although I've never heard of your examples, there are many plant-based alternatives to actual "meat" that taste similar to food I really, really liked. I don't associate them with any dead animal, because that isn't what there are.

Vegetarians kill Environment not once but Twice. First by converting forest into a grassland and then threshing every single living wheat, barley, corn plant on yearly basis.

I doubt they hate it. They are just trying not to eat it.

@Spoiledbrat That was really true of my vegetarian cousin, when I asked him, he said, "absolutely, I love meat...It's not easy"

That assumes everyone is vegetarian for the same reason. There are actually people who loved meat, but became vegetarians for health reasons. Dishes that imitate past favorites make the transition a bit easier.
