Just make a post with every other word spelled incorrectly...
@HootyTheNightOwl 🤣😝 what it's just a post that teases not a grammar test 🤪
@Sophiewargamer But the Grammar nazis love them... 😇😇😇
Nope. Only classical music genre is classed as classical music.

I heard Nirvana on the classics station not too long ago and I felt ancient. 😂
Zaphod42 · 51-55, M
@thepeculiarpanda That’s how I felt the first time I saw AC/DC “Who Made Who” in classic rock at a CD store…I remember when that album came out! I felt so fucking old 😂
Zaphod42 · 51-55, M
I give up on how to classify music. It’s now all just “what I like” and “everything else” 😂

If you were born in the 50's to late 70's "Classical music" usually meant your parent's music, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Johnny Mathis, Lawrence Welk and Elvis, anything that wasn't kewl like the Beatles, The Who and the Rolling Stones were! 🤪

@NativePortlander1970 Not all the time but yeah every once in a while, I do 🤪
@spjennifer Did you see the after covid and streaming wars specials?
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@NativePortlander1970 No I didn't, like I said, I watch it once in a while 😊

As a classic... I completely agree with you. 😁

The older generation in my day thought Lawrence Welk was cool.
Bring out the bubbles! 🥳

I think they call it “oldies.” Maybe the older stuff is called older oldies or something. Lol
I love classic music. Way before the 90s
Pretzel · 70-79, M
It's just old if it was before 1990

classics are songs that stand the test of time.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
I don't think 1990 music and forward should ever be labeled as classical music... The genres are too spread out, there's nothing that can really uniquely define the music back then.
Nope.

And you from the UK!

*looking at my playlist of 20's to 50's music*

Well... shit.
