red meat question

What is red meat and what is white ? For instance is Duck regarded as red meat?

duck is poultry.
White meat can be pork and red is beef

Is not about the color you may perceive.
It´s the kind of meat.
Any mammal meat is red one.
White meat comes from avians.

Well, yes.
Mammal meat is considered "red", includding pork one.
Meat from "birds" is considered "white".
It´s the specific kind of muscle / protein.
