That question is and should always be are these policies going to make the citizen's(taxpayers) life better. Will this strategy improve the peoples life help them be better off more successful. If the answer to any of these questions is no. Its supposed to b back to the drawing board. Instead given its a "part time" job there isnt time to go back to the drawing board.
